No refunds on lost or undelivered packages that are shipped without tracking numbers. Orders that are not shipped with a tracking number will not be re-shipped at our cost if your first order does not arrive.

In order to be able to obtain a tracking number on your shipment, your shipment MUST be shipped either via Priority Mail (BOX) International or Express Mail International. Any other form of shipment such as First Class International or Flat Rate Priority Envelopes does not include a tracking number. I can give you a customs form number, but this will just show proof of mailing.

***Flat Rate Envelopes*** Please note that only certain items can be shipped in this form of envelope. Oversized items, heavy wood items, or orders that contain a large amount of items will not fit in this form of envelope. If you are unsure if your order will fit in a Flat Rate Envelope, please email me with a list of your items and I can let you know if it would be possible.

***When will I receive my order?*** International orders are usually shipped within 3-4 days after they are placed (Unless you are ordering on a "Pre-Order Special" or shipping is backed up because of a new release, then it can take up to 2 weeks to process). Express Mail can take up to 10 days, Priority Mail (Boxed) can take up to 3 weeks, First Class International or Flat Rate envelopes can take up to 8 weeks or longer for delivery. Once it leaves the USA, we have no control on how long it takes for your country's Customs Office to process the shipment.

***Returns*** No returns or exchanges on any Books or Patterns. *** Payment methods*** Major Credit Cards, PayPal, or Money Orders. No bank transfers or international checks are accepted.
